P3T Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Training (P3T) is a combined exercise training and health education program led by a team of highly-qualified, versatile health educators from Navy and Marine Corps Force Health Protection Command. The program is open to all eligible Warfighters currently pregnant or up to 12 months postpartum and is designed to improve health, retention and readiness. You will receive a welcome email from support@coachmeplus.com with the group code and your username. If you do not receive one in your inbox, check your spam or trash folder. Once you receive the email, select “activate account” and update password. Open the CM+ app Enter warfighterwellness, then select “connect” Select “continue” when you see the sign in pop up Enter your email/username and password, then select “login” Ensure you enable notifications The classes are structured to include centering (for balance and body awareness), proper warm-up, strength, cardio, flexibility, special pregnancy and postpartum exercises and relaxation techniques in each one-hour session. Participants appreciate the variety of exercises provided within the class sessions and the emphasis on safety. This comprehensive program also offers informative education classes with up to 30 topics available to support overall health and well-being for the pregnant and postpartum Warfighter. Topics range from “Physical Changes During Pregnancy” to “Weight Management Postpartum” and “Caring for Your Sick Child” to “Pairing Up for Pregnancy”.
